Women's Conference
Called. Equipped. Sent.
The Women’s Conference is a gathering of worship, teaching, and sisterhood hosted by RCCG Tower of Salvation in Burton-on-Trent. It is a space for women of every age, background, and church family to encounter God, grow in faith, and leave strengthened for the life He has called them to live.
Through Spirit-filled worship, practical teaching, prayer, and honest fellowship, we create room for women to be refreshed, mentored, and sent back into their homes, workplaces, and communities with renewed courage. Whether you are new in faith or have walked with Jesus for many years, you are welcome here.
This conference is an expression of our Women of Substance fellowship: a nurturing, empowering community where women flourish in every season. We believe every woman carries a God-given identity, and that when women are rooted in the Word, they build homes, churches, and cities with wisdom and grace.

Come expecting God to speak. Come ready to worship. Come as you are, and leave with fresh fire, clearer direction, and the support of a sisterhood that prays with you and walks with you.
Why It Matters
Many women carry quiet burdens: family, work, faith, and the pressure to be strong for everyone else. The Women’s Conference is a holy pause. A day to sit at Jesus’ feet, to be seen, to be prayed for, and to remember that you are not walking alone.
When women are restored, families are strengthened. When women are discipled, the next generation is shaped. When women arise in purpose, the church shines more brightly in Burton-on-Trent and beyond.
This is more than an event. It is a call to become the woman God has already named you to be: strong, wise, Spirit-led, and full of hope.
